Healthy Living Challenge

You guys, Fall is just around the corner and I couldn't be more thrilled about it. Not only does all things boots, sweaters, and pumpkin come out, but it is also a time when the weather cools off. Fall is my favorite time to get outside and get active. Whether it be hiking, jump roping, yoga, or just making it to the gym, I find myself more motivated when it's not scorching hot outside.

I for one need to get active again. After bringing baby bloob into the world, this momma needs all the help she can get. I went to the gym for the first time in what seems like forever and I had a great idea.

Why not challenge myself to a healthy living challenge by logging some hours this fall. I want to help myself get back into the groove before the holidays get here.

Next thought, why not take it just a bit further and challenge all of you?

The Challenge

When: September 10th to December 14th

For 13 weeks, I challenge each and every one of you to get active. I challenge you to get in 5 hours of exercise a week. It doesn't matter how you get it in, just make sure you are staying active. There are 168 hours in a week so I am confident you can find 5 hours somewhere just for you. 


To take this to the next level I'm offering you some major accountability.

We all know having something to help keep us motivated and accountable is key to forming habits. For this reason I am going to ask each of you who is really committed to doing this to donate $1.00 per week - $13 total.

You will also get accountability from some pretty awesome ladies who will be your health and fitness gurus through this.


First and foremost you will get a community to help cheer you on. Next you will get weekly newsletters to give you updates, tips, and other fun things. I am also going to take $1 from every signup and throw it in a pot. At the end of the challenge I will draw a random winner from everyone who stays active in the Facebook group. 

Tips and Extras

Each person who signs up and donates their $13 will be invited to a Facebook page where there will be daily motivation, tips from some cool people who rock it everyday in the fitness field, and of course community to help cheer you on!

Each week we will focus on a different topic to keep you motivated to keep moving. Some topics to include: meal prepping, weight lifting, yoga, and staying motivated.

Who Can Join

This challenge is for anyone who is looking for motivation and support to start living a healthy lifestyle.

Maybe you're a postpartum mamma who needs that little kick to get you moving. Maybe you fell off the fitness wagon and need help getting back on. Maybe you have no idea where to start and need some help figuring it out.

Whatever it is, we will encourage you to get up and move 5 hours a week.

Why I'm Charging

Habits are hard to form and they say committing more than just your word keeps you on track. I didn't want this to be something that would break anyone's bank and something as small as handing over a dollar a week is enough to keep you involved.

I am also providing you with access to some wonderful ladies who work in the field of health and fitness. Their expertise includes yoga, health coaching, and personal training. I believe the value they will bring to the table exceeds the $13.

This challenge will run for 13 weeks. You must be signed up by 9/10/18 to be included in this challenge. Sign ups will be closed once the challenge starts. 

Payment is expected at time of sign up unless you have contacted me prior. All payments will be accepted through paypal at this time. 

No refunds will be given if you drop out of the challenge early. We want all participants to gain all of the information we have to offer that will be shared over a 13 week time period. We hope you will understand.
